Cancelation Terms and Waiver

Cancelation Policy: Due to the nature of our workshops, refunds will not be issued. Our projects require advanced preparation and often sell out. Should you need to cancel, contact us within 72 hours of the scheduled event and we will apply the amount you paid towards a future workshop. No-shows are not provided a credit. *Private Events: refunds & credits are not provided.

NOTE: If our minimum class size is not met 48 hours prior to the scheduled workshop, we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel the class. Please provide a valid phone number during registration so that we can contact you should we need notify you of the cancelation.

RELEASE AND WAIVER: The Participant does hereby release and forever discharge and hold harmless The Urban Craft House, LLC and its successors from any and all liability, claims, and demands of whatever kind or nature, either in law or in equity, which arise or may hereafter arise from the Participant’s engagement in the Workshop with The Urban Craft House, LLC. The Participant understands that this Release discharges The Urban Craft House, LLC or property from any liability or claim that the Participant may have against The Urban Craft House, LLC with respect to any bodily injury, personal injury, illness, death, or property damage that may result from the Participant’s participation in the Workshop with The Urban Craft House, LLC, whether caused by the negligence of The Urban Craft House, LLC or its director, fellows, team, or otherwise. The Participant also understands that The Urban Craft House, LLC does not assume any responsibility for or obligation to provide financial assistance or other assistance, including but not limited to medical, health, or disability insurance in the event of injury or illness.
